Vathin produces disposable endoscopes that are excellent medical devices designed to address various considerations, including cost, quality, and patient safety.

Disposable endoscopes reduce the risk of infection. Each of our endoscopes is assembled in a carefully managed cleanroom and undergo a redundant sterilization process before exiting the production plant. Non-reusable endoscopes eliminate the risks of cross-infection between patients. Medical personnel will not have to worry about time consuming disinfection after use, thus increasing productivity and patient health.

Vathin bronchoscopes offer high value for the money. The cost of sterilization, chemicals, equipment, and even labor can add up, particularly in busy facilities. The overall cost is reduced thanks to the elimination of the need for endoscope sterilization.

We perform regular inspections to ensure the cleanroom and assembly plant are dust free. The suspended particles inspection will be regularly carried out in the cleanroom.

A third-party inspector is used to monitor sedimentation bacteria and they regularly perform UV and ozone sterilization.

Vathin staff will regularly check the surroundings of the manufacturing plant, making sure unusual situations and damping doex not occur, while performing systematic inspection on cleanroom, making sure any problem is quickly identified and dealt with.

Our employees are trained in the standard practices used in manufacturing plants and cleanrooms. Each process when manufacturing endoscopes will always be carefully monitored to ensure high-quality, sanitary production.

As a medical device manufacturer, we make sure that our staff is highly knowledgeable in the field. To fully serve our customers, we have assembled a highly professional team of experts specializing in research, production, and other fields to maximize the effectiveness of our business.

Our laboratory chemists must have an academic background in clinical or preventive medical science and our electrical engineers must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Our purchasing and physics team need to have a chemistry background. The marketing and sales department need to hold at least a master’s degree or higher from a university in Germany, the UK, or US, while also being well versed in medical equipment.
